Tip # 9: Mobile Power User
You can’t live without your Windows Mobile devices? Me too. But it can be a headache in Vista’s Sync Center that lets you sync only media files, not your PIM info. Before plugging in your device for the first time, you need to go to Download Center at microsoft.com and search for Mobile Devices category for the Windows Mobile Device Center, which addon the PIM synchronization function. Once you’ve used the Device Center to transfer your calendar to your handheld, right click it in My Computer to see the gadget’s charge state, and you’ll always be fully powered.
Tip # 10: Find Your Router
You get really pissed off sometime to configure or change settings of your router because you need to memorize or search out the IP Address of your router. Now you can find your router homepage easily via the Network and Sharing Center by clicking View full map at the top right, then right click your router or wireless access device and select Go to Device Home Page. Viola! You can be your own network admin from here.
